Standard Check-out: Until 11:00. - Flexible check-in/check-out may be available upon prior notice and subject to availability. - Late Check-in Fees: Personal check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional fee of €30. No extra charge for self check-ins after 22:00. The apartment includes maintenance cleaning every 15 days, complete with a fresh change of bed linen and towels. Utility expenses are covered, up to a maximum of €75.
