The apartment is fully accessible, with no stairs, and is equipped with central air conditioning for both cooling and heating, ensuring comfort all year round. Enter the building through its main entrance, which is fully accessible and step-free, leading to a charming Andalusian-style hall/patio, from which the apartments are distributed across three floors. To enjoy the sun and the views, guests have access to the communal rooftop terrace/solarium on the third floor (136 m2), equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs, and artificial grass, a perfect space to relax outdoors. Located in the iconic La Viña neighbourhood, just a few steps from La Caleta Beach and the Santa Catalina and San Sebastián Castles. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them.
