FURNISHED STUDIO FOR STUDENTS I am looking for a person that would take over my studio from December. Location: Oude Heirbaan, Smeermaas, Lanaken, Belgium right at the borders with the Netherlands :)), it’s a nice calm locality with Thai restaurant right in front of the building. Lidl, Kruidvat and other stores are 5 minutes away by bike. Monthly rent: 720€, everything included (gas, water etc.) Deposit: 1040€ Admin fee: 65€ In the apartment is included private bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge. All furniture that you see in the picture is included, except for the mattress that I will be taking with me because I bought it for myself :)) The city center is 20 minutes away by bike and the faculties in Randwyck are 30 minutes away (it also depends how fast you bike, it’s like this for me 😁)...
