It features a central heating system for comfortable living, a well-equipped kitchen including an oven, and a balcony ideal for relaxation. The apartment is suitable for professionals, students, and Erasmus participants, but does not accommodate families or pets. Saint-Pierre in Brussels is a vibrant neighborhood. Nearby points of interest include the Académie des Arts et Métiers Constantin Meunier and a diverse selection of restaurants such as Hao Hao and Gustoso Pizza. Famous attractions abound, including Les Cloches De L'Ancienne Église Sainte-Gertrude and the Arcades Du Cinquantenaire. What we liked the most -Waking up to a balcony with a garden view – peaceful. -Sun shining a light on the gorgeous space – picture perfect. -Strolling through Parc du Cinquantenaire – getting those daily steps in. Things to keep in mind -Stairs lead down to the en suite bathroom – careful, it’s slippery when wet. -There isn't an elevator in the building. Good thing you're only on the first floor. ♦️Please be aware that the other monthly costs include insurance, technical support, assistance and taxes.
