This apartment has been fully renovated early this year. It is located in the top floor of the building (5. floor) - there is an elevator. The location is good - two bus lines (77 and 69) have their end stops next to the apartment building, a lot of shops and services are within a few minutes walking distance and the place is close to the nature. The bus ride to the city center of Helsinki takes about 30 minutes. The room is in the shared apartment with 4 rooms rented out to students or working professionals. The rooms are furnished and lockable. The tenants share the modern kitchen, two bathrooms (1 with shower and the other with washing machine) and a big balcony. The cooking utensils and tableware are included in the rent as well as the utility bills (electricity, heating, water, internet). The tenants can use the building sauna at the predetermined times.
