The other owner is staying abroad and will leave some furniture and few personal items in house. Currently there is a single bed with comfortable new mattress and mattress topper, sofa for 2 persons and a dining table. Laundry machine is yours to use. There is also a coffee machine, some pots and pans, few plates and cups plus cutlery. If preferred, you can bring your own furniture. Storage unit is reserved for the owners. If you need full furnishing it can be arranged with extra charge of 35 e/month. Extra furnishing (besides mentioned earlier) includes a double bed, another sofa, sofa table, kitchen table (=sleeping space for 3 people). Owner’s parking space available. With good public transport connections you can quickly travel by train or bus to the center of Helsinki or towards the airport. Prisma and other shops/cafes/restaurants are 300 meters away, as well as a health center, schools and daycare....
