The price includes water, electricity and internet. Ready to move in. The residence is centrally located in Gothemburg with views over the city. It takes 5 min by train to the central station and 10 min walk to Liseberg/Korsvägen and Scandinavium. There are bicycle racks to dispose of and the bus and tram stop is just around the corner. Det finns cykelställ att disponera av, buss och spårvagnshållplatsen är endast runt hörnet. Fastigheten är djur och rökfri och för allas trevnad tillåter vi inte besök från anhöriga eller vänner.
