Spacious bedrooms available in Guimaraes city center. Shared kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. The apartament is located about 10min walk from the bus station and the university of Minho and 15min from the train station in the historical center, walking distance to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, ideal to enjoy your student life. The bedroom is fully equiped and has modern individual heater (double bed, study desk and storage space). Bedding, a pillow, duvet and a towel are provided with the room. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
