Hello everyone, I am Nhat Khoi (hidden), currently a first-year student studying Chemistry at HAN University of Applied Sciences. I currently have a room that needs to be sublet from the beginning of May to July 11. This room is owned by SSH& and has an area of 13.8 m2, the rental price is € 436.35/month. The rental price includes all other costs such as: gas/electricity/water/wifi,... and also includes other service fees. This room is located at Boeckstaetehof in Nijmegen, very convenient for studying at HAN University of Applied Sciences and also very close to other supermarkets for shopping such as Lidl and PLUS. You will be staying with a Vietnamese male and a Turkish female. This room is very spacious and airy. Everything in the house is clean. The room is fully furnished, with a wardrobe (with large mirror), study desk, bed and a storage cabinet.
