The rental price includes all other costs such as: gas/electricity/water/wifi,... and also includes other service fees. This room is located at Boeckstaetehof in Nijmegen, very convenient for studying at HAN University of Applied Sciences and also very close to other supermarkets for shopping such as Lidl and PLUS. You will be staying with a Vietnamese male and a Turkish female. This room is very spacious and airy. Everything in the house is clean.
