Large top design house, 270 m2, comfortable space for up to 6 adults. Garage, nice living room with single sofa-bed, complete modern kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, large fridge,...), 3 spacious bedrooms with double bed, 4 bathrooms (1 with hydromassage), nice heated swimming pool and small garden in the small city of Sanguedo, but lots of green and rather quiet environment. Remark: all the neighbors have a dog, so good to know but at night things get completely quiet normally. Luxury: very modern architecture, airco in every room, sound system in every room, lots of wood and inox,... Very nice views with on the horizon the Serra do Montemuro en the Serra do Marão. We help you with lots of information about the environment and our family lives near the house, in case there is a problem or question during your stay. The center of Sanguedo is about 0.5 km. At a short walking distance from the villa you will find a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy and a few restaurants. Delicious bakery where you can also have breakfast. At restaurant Wimpy they serve very generously for a very competitive price! The seaside resort of Espinho is only a 10-minute drive away. Due to the favorable location of the villa, the cities of Porto (20 km), Vila Nova de Gaia (15 km), Coimbra (106 km) and Aveiro (64 km) are easy to reach, both by car and public transport. More: the Douro wine region for beautiful roadtrip, the beautiful nature in Geres and Serra da Estrella, coastal town of Espinho at only 10 km and the spectacular beach in Miramar with a well-known golf club, also historic university city of Coimbra at 100 km, ... Although the house is registrated as a vacation home ("Alojamento Local"), the price and agreement with this platform is for professionals only, not for holidays and very short term rental. That's why we give a special price that does not include bills of electricity and water but includes all the rest (internet, taxes, full equipement with towels, sheets,...). We must make an agreement for winter months about keeping the pool open or not because of the expenses. Enjoying the pool is recommended for May-September, max Oktober. WELCOM...
