(30min by public transport and 20 min by car to go to city center Antwerp) Free parking on the street in front of the house building. Free access to Netflix via google TV. :) The space is recently renovated and equipped with new windows with pvc frames and isolated HR++ double glass and pvc door. New boiler is installed for warm water and heating. Newly renovated shower. If you like reading, you can find reading material at our reading corner. On the ground floor and second floor live neighbors. Please be aware that there are no parking lots (except garage) on the terrain because they are used by the neighbors. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
