We’re offering a furnished and serviced room in our house for anyone seeking a short- to medium-term rental (minimum 1 month, maximum 6 months). The space is a cozy suite with a private toilet, freshly renovated, and part of an apartment with shared living and kitchen areas with two other rooms. Despite the shared spaces, the setup ensures plenty of privacy. All amenities are included. Location: Ijburg, Amsterdam – just 15 minutes by direct tram to Central Station...

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
