The rent includes electricity, water, waste collection, Wifi (100/100 Mbit/s) and 4 shared parking spaces on the property. Tenants are collectively responsible for light cleaning and regular maintenance of the shared areas. The area is quiet and safe, with proximity to jogging paths and green spaces.
