Additionally, tenants have access to garden areas with outdoor furniture and the possibility for gardening. Room 1 (approx. 27 sqm): 8450 SEK/month The room contains a large double bed (180 cm wide, can be separated into 2 x 90 cm), 2 spacious wardrobes, 2 dressers, 2 workstations with height-adjustable desks and chairs, a large corner sofa, TV stand and lighting. The room is ideal for 1-2 persons, and it can be used both as an office and a living space. Room 2 (approx. 9 sqm): 6450 SEK/month The room contains a 120 cm wide bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 dresser and a workstation with chair and lighting. The rent includes electricity, water, waste collection, Wifi (100/100 Mbit/s) and 4 shared parking spaces on the property. Tenants are collectively responsible for light cleaning and regular maintenance of the shared areas. The area is quiet and safe, with proximity to jogging paths and green spaces. It is approximately 100 meters to the nearest bus stop and there are buses running every 10 minutes to the subway at Mörby Centrum and Danderyds Sjukhus. It is also within walking and cycling distance (about 5-15 minutes) to Täby Centrum shopping mall, which has 200 shops and 40 restaurants, as well as the Roslagsbanan train with good connections to Stockholm University and KTH.
