Optional: brand new pillow, sheets, duvet and duvet cover, plaid and cushions, towels and hangers (not necessarily those that appear in the photos, they could be others). The apartment has a large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso-compatible capsule coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. You will have your own private space assigned to each room where you can store your food. The apartment has an electronic lock that allows access with a mobile phone or with a pin code on a keyboard. All rooms have a lock with a key, for greater privacy and security. The price of the room must be added to the fixed 40€ of services, which include water, electricity, Wi-Fi and cleaning of common areas every two weeks. The minimum stay is 6 months.
