I rent for students 1 very comfortable and bright single room with a large closet. (Girls only) Study zone. Shared bathroom with bathtub and shower. 290m2 house with spacious common areas available for use. Heating, WIFI and TV. Two gardens with barbecue. Very good communication 2min from the bus stop, 7min from the metro, 25min from Bilbao and 10min from the beach. Residential area with all services within 5min (shops, bars, supermarkets, hospital, pharmacy). Linens and towels included. Cleaning one day a week of the common areas.
