The U-Bahn stations U2 “Taborstrasse” and U1 “Nestroyplatz”, tram line 2, and bus lines 5A and 5B are very close by, as well as everyday shopping options such as Spar, Hofer, BIPA, and various cafés and restaurants. 🎓 The Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Vienna can be reached by subway in 5 minutes. 💶 The monthly rent includes the utilities.
