Splendid apartment in the heart of Lisbon. 5 minutes from the iconic tram 28, the most beautiful viewpoint of Lisbon (Graça), and perfectly connected to other areas with the metro just 5 minutes away. Fully furnished with high-quality finishes. Parquet flooring, air conditioning. Living room, open kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, second bathroom with shower, and a terrace. All expenses included: water, internet, and weekly cleaning. The only additional expense is electricity. You will also be able to use our car during the stay, a wonderful Suzuki Vitara Apartment available for 6 months from end of december/January 2025 to June 2025.
