A stone's throw from Piazza della Repubblica and very close to the city center and 10 minutes walking to Quadrilatero , the nightlife movida . This area is VERY MULTI ETHNIC therefore if you have prejudices this area is NOT a suitable for you . I do have 40 people ( many girls as well ) in my apartments in the area and so far has never been dangerous . Porta Palazzo is the biggest openair market in Europe where farmers and stalls daily sell fresh groceries . Every Saturday there is a flee market( BALON) and once a month the GRAND BALON attracts people to buy antiques .
