Regarding payments and additional fees: Payments are on a 4-week basis (the rent price shown in HousingAnywhere is for 4 weeks only, not for the whole month!) for the type of contract provided by the landlord. Therefore, you will be asked a proportional additional amount to complete the payment of the month. For bookings longer than 8 weeks: a pre-payment of the first 4 weeks is made to HousingAnywhere, followed by a separate charge from the housing provider for the last 4 weeks of the booking, end cleaning (150 euro), and deposit (200euro) before Check-in. Four weeks after check-in, the credit card will be charged accordingly until the last 4 weeks of the booking.
