Situated on the second floor, this room offers a bed, a night table, a wardrobe, a small foldable tablet used as a desk, and a chair. With a total of five flatmates, you'll enjoy a friendly atmosphere. One flatmate as her room between the ground floor and the first floor. The second floor features three private bedrooms (incl. this room) and a convenient shower room with toilets. On the third floor, you'll find the shared spaces, including a spacious living room, a dinning room, kitchen, and another bathroom with toilets. One final flatmate resides on the fourth floor. While we encourage responsible usage of heating and water, all utilities are covered in your rent, including water and electricity (including heating), as well as access to the washing machine, dryer, fortnightly cleaning service of shared spaces, and high-speed internet. The house is located in a tranquil street, well-connected with nearby tram and bus stops, and a beautiful park is just a short stroll away. With easy access to EU institutions, NATO, and Brussels city center, everything the city has to offer is within reach...

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
