It’s a bright room with big skylight windows. There are white and black blinders on the windows so you can adjust the light. Single bed, clothes rack, desk/chair will be provided. You may share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, small balcony with another girl, so as the cleaning. If cleaning is not done properly and timely, contract will end earlier. No guest or visitor is allowed. if necessary please ask for permission. The energy cost (gas+electricity) will be shared with roommates based on the actual consumption. Deposit will be paid on arrival on move in date....
