Spacious room with a desk. You have your own shower in the room. You also have a small fridge and a kettle in there. This property is 100 meters from the bus stop. It takes 30 minutes to get into the city centre. It is a 15-minute walk to the Dart station. It is a 100-meter walk from the Donaghmede Shopping Centre, which contains all the required shops- grocery, clothes, stationery, library, mobile phone, and pharmacy. We have a cat. You will be required to look after the cat when the family is away. This is usually for 2 months at a time. This will involve feeding the cat, cleaning the litter tray and playing with her. When you are looking after the cat, we will deduct €20 per week from your rent....
