This apartment is located on one of the most known streets in Berlin - Simon Dach Straße. The area is loved by everyone and is also a very desirable living location. It's filled with bars, restaurant, small local shops and just a short walk away from Boxhagener Platz which holds a flea market every sunday. As for transportation, there is a bus and tram stop near the apartment - M10, M13, Bus 240. Warschauer Str (SBahn + Ubahn) is just a few minutes away. It is located on the first floor in the back building of a typical Berlin Altbau. Since it's not right in front, it is very quiet inside. The apartment is completely furnished and equipped. In the living room you will find a TV and multiple storage spaces + a desk, a separate bedroom with drawers under the bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
