The glazed balcony offers a stunning view of the city, and it's the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the city while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. In case of chilly evenings on the balcony, there is a heater to keep you warm and cozy. Inside the flat, the temperature is around 22c all year round. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including active speakers to listen to your favorite music and create the perfect atmosphere. And if you need to get some work done, we've got you covered with a workstation that includes an electric table, a 22" monitor, and super-fast 1 Gigabit internet. Beginning on (hidden) the apartment will also have a 65" UHD television, 34", and curved monitor.
