A very spacious terrace and a private garage are all belonging to this apartment! Location: The apartment is centrally located, close to the Nyugati railway station. Various metro, tram, and bus stations are located nearby. Within walking distance, you can reach multiple restaurants, cafes, shops, and the very center of Budapest. Important information: Utility costs are house fees included in the rent prices up until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law; which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the monthly bills that we receive after each completed calendar month. For less than 6 months of rental, we usually do not request a security deposit. In other cases, the deposit equals 1 month of the rental fee.
