Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. The desk makes it possible to do office / study work. There is a double bed on the mezzanine. Ideal for an educational or business stay for short or lang term. There is a bike storage room on the ground floor. There are 6 studio's in the building. Two on each floor. At the start of the rental period the tenant receives the keys of the accomodation together with the technical explanation concerning heating, Internet, garbage, ....
