Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that this property requires a $1,000 credit hold to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Maximum Occupancy: 6 (2 guests per bedroom). Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days.
