Description

An opportunity to make this peaceful place your home! Great flatshare with three cool people plus you, all have jobs and their own interests, so the perfect place to explore Berlin. The flatmates are all very friendly and considerate. Large 120 sqm flat on two levels with space for everyone. Two bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, a TV corner. The flat is cleaned once a week. We live on the 6th floor without a lift. There is a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen is fully equipped. Your room is fully furnished. There is a large kitchen/living room with a sofa and TV, and a sofa bed with a TV in the hallway. We prepare everything for you, room, towel, bed and maybe even some chocolate. The shared flat is in a super central location with good public transport connections and walking distance to some sights. The room faces the inner courtyard and is really quiet. Super central in Mitte, walking distance to U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram. Berlin Hbf only 10 min. Close to Friedrichstraße and Brandenburg Gate. Please note: - Registration and mail reception is possible (but not a must). - Not safe or suitable for children (0-12 years) and pets. - No smoking, parties or events. - Minimum stay - 3 months.
