Welcome to Bajeskwartier! We’re a home-hotel hybrid in Amsterdam-Oost, created for young professionals, international students, digital nomads, and academics. Whether you're staying for a night or up to six months a year, we offer the privacy of your own space combined with a community-focused atmosphere. The Extra Spacious Room combines comfort and functionality, offering a blend of modern design and cozy elements. With ample space for relaxation and productivity, this 24m2 unit is perfect for those who seek efficiency in a well-balanced living environment. Inside, you’ll find a combined bedroom and lounge area equipped with a queen-sized bed, a sliding wardrobe, ample storage, and an office space for work. The glass wall offers stunning views of the city. The space is equipped with a pantry kitchenette - find there a fridge, countertop, sink, coffee machine and kettle. Perfect for cooking your morning granola or late night snacks. For cooking a special dinner, we invite you to our communal kitchens. Available every floor, these are fully equipped spaces designed for creativity. Enjoy hotel-style comforts like weekly cleaning, fresh linens and towels, 24/7 reception, laundry facilities, parking, and bike rentals. We welcome you to cook, work, or relax in our stylish communal kitchens. Cafe is your cozy lounge downstairs, and we also host regular events there to help you connect and settle in the community! Reservations are subject to a €700 (refundable) deposit, and €300 administration fee. These are charged as one-time payments at check-in. We legally need to charge 12,5% tourist tax if you’re not officially registered at the municipality while staying with us - for stays longer than 3 months, registration is mandatory. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
