A beautiful room available for rent from 1st-June 2026 The room in a shared Villa is rented out for short/long term for a student/researcher/working only (only 1 person). Priority for students or full time workers (age 18-80). (Obs there is a small friendly old dog that dometimes visits in the vila see picture). The villa is in an area called "Kåhög" which is just 1 minute walk to the bus. It takes 6 minutes with buss to reach Allum shopping mall (where you find everything). And 15 more minutes with another bus to reach downtown/central station. To chalmers it takes a total of 40min with public transport. To Gothenburg University (depending on the campus) but approx 45min. Or a total of 15 minutes with car to either. The room is beautifully fully furnished as pictures. There are 2 toilets (only 1 shower). You will have full acess to the living room , dining room, kitchen, laundry room. The rent is 4700kr (+1 month security deposit). The rent includes the usage of the house + electricity + water + heating + internet + TV + garbage recycling + free parking + Access to garden and balcony. The villa is 2 levels, each level has its own kitchen and bathroom. Your "level" will be shared with 2 persons (male student 26 years old) who studies medicine and is out at uni most of the days. And the retired (60 years old) female landlord. On the second floor (own entrance and seperate) lives another family who is renting. The reason we are renting the room is because the house costs are increasing and the room has been empty as a guest room for over 1 year now. We have previously rented it out for exchange (Erasmus) students and it worked perfectly. We also had volvo employees renting it for a while and it worked great. I would describe us as easy-going students/group. We are all young in age but defently not the partying type (and we would appreciate a calm person). Our free time activities consist of watching movies and discussing them after.
