It also benefits from a little south-facing private garden at the back to enjoy and relax in the sun. This charming property is also walking distance of a huge Asda supermarket, so everything you need is almost on your doorstep. It has a cosy separate kitchen and dining area plus lounge seating area with a brand-new smart TV with Netflix, streaming services, and super-fast Wi-Fi for home working. It has two bedrooms upstairs, (both have brand new double beds) with double-glazing and up market mattresses for a great night sleep. There is a family WC and shower/washroom on the ground floor with a separate utility area where you manage your washing with a brand new (2023) wash machine. Of course the house comes with, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ironing facilities, electric oven and hob with fridge and separate freezer. Location This quiet house is on a no-through street and less than a 12-minute walk to Greenhithe railway station. It’s also next to Bluewater Shopping centre too, with its extensive restaurants, cinema, activities, and massive shopping facilities. You can also walk along a tree lined path at the end of the street where you will discover surprisingly secluded and unknown public green spaces. This house is perfect for long stays for contractors, families and those seeking a home from home and a quiet stay. The Space Kitchen Area Fully equipped with new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, and toaster. Plus everything from pots pans, pizza cutters mixing bowls and all you need to cook in your home. Dining This dining space is within the kitchen and set for four people with all you need to set breakfast or a cosy night in. Living Area A quirky contemporary design with everything you might need for a long-term stay and to get nice and conferrable and settled in. The smart TV provides Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub, and hundreds of different channels. Downstairs Bathroom This spacious bathroom has a W/C, with shower and is equipped with the quality soaps, towels that you would expect. Cleaning and laundry The house also includes a complete range of cleaning and laundry items including iron, clothes drying rack, hoover and cleaning items etc. stored in a cupboard downstairs and utility area. Upstairs Double Bedroom Complete with a brand-new double bed and a top of the range mattress, and built in wardrobes. Upstairs Double Bedroom This second double bedroom is also complete with a brand-new double bed and a top of the range mattress, and places to hang your clothes Parking There is plenty of free space at the front of the property and ample non-restricted free parking for friends and guests too. We stayed there ourselves too; it’s a friendly welcoming street and we had a parking space right outside the house on many occasions. Guest Access You will have access to the entire property with keys from a lockbox outside the property. Other Things to Note Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email including access and arrival instructions and full directions. There are large refuse bins outside at the front to throw away and recycle all your waste as you wish....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
