Close to transportation, shops, groceries and restaurants. Kaunas city centre in about 15 minutes. 2 minutes walk to KTU universities. Apartment facilities On the ground floor with a separate private entrance. Spacious and bright apartment. It was recently refurbished. Wi-Fi included. Kitchen Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, blender, kettle, kitchen utensils and a washing machine. Shower room Walk-in shower, overhead shower head, toilet, wall-hung unit and LED wall mirror. Towels and bath mats were provided. Bedrooms Double beds, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table lamps, bedding, pillows, throws and duvets. Rent €350 per calendar month per room plus utility bills. Utilities Electricity, water and gas are variables according to your consumption.
