Welcome to Gesällgatan 14! For the moment I rent out both upper and lower part of the house. There are 3 rooms, a kitchen and toilet with shower and washing machine downstairs. And upstairs there is 2 rooms, a kitchen, toilet with shower and washing-machine, and a living room with a big sofa and a TV. Including in the monthly rent is also toilet- paper, washing soap, cleaning material and washing powder for cloth, as-well as fibre Wi-Fi and a good heating system. The house is situated in a lovely villa area with a lot of green area around. Just a stone throw away you will find the popular “Utby” mountains that is popular for its rocks and sports-climbing, as-well as the beautiful lake “Bergsjön”. Very close to the house you’ll find “Kviberg Arena sport center”, with a big fitness and gym area, and a ski centre, open all year round. Outside the house is a bus that reach center of Gothenborg in 17 minutes....
