Although this apartment is not equipped with a washing machine, I would like to inform you that there is a modern laundry room approximately 200 meters away, where you can wash and dry your clothes. PRICE DESCRIPTION: Because the prices generated here vary from month to month, we divide the total amount of rent you will have to pay for the desired period and divide into equal monthly payments, this way is less confusing for both of us because you will not have to pay a different amount every month.
