The apartment is ready to welcome you :) RENTAL CONDITION: - Monthly rent is does include water , wi-fi, condominium fee, garbage tax and gas. - Deposit is one monthly rent to be paid at the check-in in Milan. - One time contract registration fee: it will be 2% on the total contract value that you will sign plus 16 euro for the stamp. - Last two monthly rents must be paid by one shot time. Electricity to pay every two months. - One time agency fee: 185 euro PP that included cleaning of the room before the check-in, assistance during your stay, property maintenance. - Monthly payment except last two rents due.
