The place is made of hallway with a long living are with kitchen annex, private bathroom, big bedroom (sofa and big double bed). The double bed is comfortable and brand new (160x200 cm). Please watch the video uploaded. The last photography session was in 2019. The bills are not included in the monthly rent. There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. There are the following appliances and devices in the apartment: vacuum cleaner (upon request, see regulation) hairdryer (upon previous request, see regulation) TV (upon request, see regulation) washing machine fridge and freezer oven microwave kitchen tools, cutlery kettle, water boile...
