Zu Fuß sind es weniger als 5 Minuten zu allen Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt; Apotheke, Billa, Bars/Pubs/Restaurants etc. 800 Meter zum Hauptbahnhof Wiener Neustadt. Den ganzen Tag über viele Zugverbindungen nach Wien; von 20 Minuten auf 26, 28, 42, 45, 69. Aber die meisten Züge fahren normalerweise in 23 Minuten oder 45 Minuten oder 69 Minuten nach Wien. Der Drucker und der Laptop im Zimmerbild sind nicht in der Raummiete enthalten. Die Nutzung des Druckers ist jedoch gegen eine Gebühr pro Seite möglich. P.S.: Der Mietvertrag hat zunächst eine Laufzeit von 3 Monaten und eine monatliche Miete von 450 Euro.
