The city center and the University of Vienna can be easily reached by public transport in 20 minutes and the sports university center Schmelz is only a 7 minute walk away. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet and friendly as well as planted side street. You will find several supermarkets and drugstores, as well as pharmacies, so everything for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. For a cozy afternoon or evening, nice old Viennese coffee houses and various restaurants ensure enjoyment and relaxation. The small but cozy apartment was recently renovated and equipped with high-quality wooden floors including wooden floor heating. Further a vacuum cleaner, an iron, bed linen and plenty of fresh towels are provided. With the opaque curtains, the apartment can be darkened well at night, but thanks to the large windows it is still very bright during the day. The newly renovated house has an elevator and a bicycle cellar. All operating and ancillary costs are included in the rent. This also includes e.g. electricity and gas and internet.
