La stanza proposta è una singola strutturata come se fosse un piccolo monolocale completamente indipendente dal resto della casa, con bagno con doccia e piccolo punto cucina (Frigobar, lavello e 2 piastre elettriche) ovviamente ad uso esclusivo, la camera ha anche un balcone sulla strada principale. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort necessari per un soggiorno di studio medio/lungo: porta blindata, riscaldamento, collegamento internet, una grande cucina/soggiorno in comune e una lavatrice in condivisione (Utilizzabile negli orari serali). Via Donnalbina è situata in una posizione centralissima , praticamente nel cuore del Centro Storico ( zona nota anche per la movimentata "movida" studentesca) a pochi metri dalle principali facoltà della Federico II , a 400 mt da Piazza del Gesù, Piazza Dante 700 Mt , Piazza Municipio 600 mt , a 350 mt dalla chiesa di Santa Chiara, a 250 mt da Piazza Matteotti (Piazza delle Poste), 350 Mt da Via Mezzocannone (Qui sono Ubicate la Facoltà di Giurisprudenza ed altre Facoltà della Federico II), Metrò Università 300 mt, Metrò Stazione Toledo 500 mt, Funicolare Montesanto e Metropolitana Linea I Stazione Montesanto 800 mt - Stazione Cumana a Via Cisterna Dell’Olio 700 mt. - Per il soggiorno sarà necessario sottoscrivere un regolare Contratto Transitorio Per Uso Studente Universitario , per cui sarà necessario avere anticipatamente tutti i dati personali e riguardanti il Corso Universitario oltre a un valido documento d'identità ed un Codice Fiscale ITALIANO . Faccio presente che si trattata di un appartamento adatto a studenti. Mi dispiace per la pessima qualità delle fotografie che non rappresentano perfettamente la stanza (che è migliore) e spero di aggiornare a breve....

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
