LIVING ROOM: A delicate minimalist design is adorning the whole apartment. Equipped with a TV, so you can stream your favourite movies, free high-speed Wifi and a sofa to kick back and relax. Additional desks where to work or study from home is provided. BEDROOM: The double bedroom is cosy and spacious. The king bed is furnished with 2 comfortable pillows, duvet and mattress protector. The curtains are offering a perfect impenetrability for a reposing, relaxing night. Within the room is provided a spacious wardrobe with hangers and a nightstand. You can find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the bedroom too. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a professional series gas hob and electric oven, fridge with ice box, appliances such as a microwave, kettle and toaster. This means that you’ll be able to cook your favourite meals at all times. Washing machine and dryer are also provided. BATHROOM: Take a soak in the bathroom tub, we’ll even supply the towels for you and your guests in your rooms. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
