It is a completely renovated apartment, with all the comforts! It is spacious and fully equipped. It ensures a comfortable stay for up to 3 people. It is located in a strategic spot just 1 kilometer from the historical center of Athens. The area is served by all means of public transport, metro & tram (~10 minutes), trolley and buses (5 minutes) in all directions.Apartment and area of Neos Kosmos There is a TV and air-conditioning units in every room, a full equipped kitchen place to cook your own meals. The apartment is centrally located - everything is within walking distance. There are many entertainment places such as bars, cafes, and restaurants around the apartment and the mountain Labraki you will never get bored in this area! Most of the beautiful landmarks of Athens such as Acropolis and Plaka can be reached on by foot. Furthermore, there are three metro stations, Neos Kosmos, Agios Ioannis and Sygrou Fix that can be reached within 8 minutes walk. Cheque in instructions First, the quests take a key from the keybox to enter the outdoor, and then they use the Danalock to enter the apartment. All the quests have an electronical access in the apartment during their stay. This access is granted, following two steps. A. They set up the application which they receive via email from the host. B. They will receive further personal information for the use of Danalock Αccording to Law 4446/2016, for stays of up to sixty days, the guest is charged with accommodation costs of 8 euros per day for the period from March to October and 2 euros per day for the period from November to February of each year....

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
