This private room for students in Prague is located on the 5th floor with windows looking into the street. The room is extra-equipped – new double-bed, work table, and extra spacious closet. The room size is about 12 square meters and it is provided as “ready-to-move-in” – fully furnished and with bedding and pillows. The modern kitchen has built-in appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, electric, and microwave oven. All kitchen appliances are available. Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent. On top of all, we can provide you with proof of accommodation or a business license. Attractive area of ​​Prague – Liben with excellent access to the city center. Close to metro Palmovka (green line B) and the tram stop “Českomoravská” almost in front of the apartment. Finally, Tesco express in 2 minutes walking distance and other restaurants, shops, and others nearby. Cleaning services of common spaces of the flat (kitchen, bathroom, WC, etc) are provided twice a month by our charwoman who also buys hygienic supplies like soap, toilet paper, etc – these are standard services for the flat and they are included in the price. In conclusion, this is a great choice for international expats! The room is ready to move in therefore no additional costs or payments. As a result, we have plenty of satisfied tenants from all over the world😊 📜Please note: - Check-in/out time: 09:00-15:00 - For stays more than 3 months the security deposit is equal to 1 month rent.
