Located on the 3rd floor with street views and has a service elevator and central heating for added comfort. The Metro station U Hermannplatz is a 4-minute walk away to lines U7 and U8, as well as various bus routes such as M29, M48, 171, 194, and 344. Please ensure that you have all the necessary documents once you send a booking request. Anmeldung is, of course, possible. The apartment is best suited for a single individual or a couple. How rent is calculated

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
