Cozy lockable room in 5-room apartment in Vilnius, with great communication to the city center (about 30 min by bus) and university near by (up to 10 min by walk), you can check up on the map how close are all facilities you need, shops, sport clubs etc.. Whole apartment has 75 m2 and 5 rooms. All rooms are rented to students (owner doesn’t live in the apartment). Shared 2 bathrooms and kitchen (in total you have 20m2 of shared space). Apartment and the room is fully furnished. All bills are included into the price. We pay for heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, so you just need to pay a rent and enjoy your stay in Vilnius. When you conclude the rent contract, you will have to pay for one month in advance and make a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
