The apartment is located just 10 minutes from Utrecht Central station and only 5 minutes from Utrecht Zuilen. If a car is your mode of transport, you’ll be pleased with the included free parking and highway access just 10 minutes away. As you enter Sunflower Apartment on the first floor, you'll step into an open kitchen with island. The kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances, including induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full freezer and fridge. Next to the kitchen is the dining area on the right and the living room on the left. Show off your cooking skills to your guests or just relaxed and stare out the windows after a hard day’s work. From around 11.00 in the morning you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace till late in the evening. On the front side of the apartment you'll find the bedroom with a nice 160*200 bed that comes with handy storage draws underneath and a large closet. From the bedroom you enter the stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower, modern bathroom furniture that includes a mirror with dimmable lighting and anti-fog system and a new washer & dryer combination. In your spare time you can take a 5min walk to ‘Juliana Park’ where people come to meet, picknick, jog or find their spirit animal in the petting zoo. Or you can just hop on a bicycle, bus or train and have a drink in the City Center or the close by local brewery ‘Brouwerij de Leckere’. Practical: The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and has all the basic equipment you need. On the north side is the bed- and bathroom and on the south side you have your living and dining area as well as your own terrace. Each room has its own thermostat so you can always be comfortable. You will have your own Wifi access point and cable Internet (300mbs), a smart TV with general apps like Netflix, YouTube, Amazone Prime and more. About the owner & the house: I’ve bought this house in the beginning of 2021 and have been thoroughly renovating it for the past 1.5 year. By that I mean changing layouts & stairs, constructing a brand new second floor, replacing all plumbing systems, new electricity, sound dampening and isolating wherever I could. Basically, it's a new house;). The goal was to make it a quality home for myself and two tenants. So this started as a personal project to live in myself and later changed to a full rental house. The upside of it is that I’ve thought of all details and always choose quality over time. I’m really pleased with the result and enjoyed seeing my own creative idea’s come to life. - More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
