Shared fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor. Monthly rent is 750 Euro paid in cash at the beginning of each month. Additionally, there are 190 Euro charges to be paid monthly, which cover: gas, electricity, water, cable tv. Internet is included in the rent and you can access it immediately. And there is a 60 Euro charge for the final cleaning. Deposit 1000 Euro paid in cash on arrival. Minimum stay is 6 months with a possibility of extension.
