This house was fully renovated in 2021 and is only 5 minutes walking distance from Bournazi Square and 15 minutes from the metro stop (Agios Antonios). Using the metro, you can reach the center of Athens in just 11 minutes, making it a great location for exploring the city. The house features two private bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a desk for working or studying, a wardrobe to store your belongings, a window to let in natural light, and an air conditioner to keep you cool during the hot summer months. Additionally, we provide sheets, towels, and pillows to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The living room is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, including a dining area for enjoying your meals. The bathroom has a washing machine, so you can easily do laundry during your stay. The house also has a cozy yard, which is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee or for relaxing in the afternoon. We offer Wi-Fi for our guests, so you can stay connected during your stay. Additionally, we provide a Smart TV, hair dryer, for your convenience. Please be aware that there is a maximum consumption limit for electricity per month.
