In the room there is an approx. 6 sqm storage area for suitcases, etc. hidden behind a curtain. Shutters in front of the window allow the room to be completely darkened. For friends of fast internet, CAT7 cables are laid in the entire flat, 4 fast Ethernet connections are located in this room. 2.) Bathroom: Designer bathroom with underfloor heating and shower at ground level, washing machine. 3.) Kitchen. Equipped with fitted kitchen, gas cooker, dishwasher and fridge, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Location: The flat is located in a villa area, so it is relatively quiet there, especially at night. Within a radius of one km you will find several shopping facilities (Aldi, Lidl, pharmacy, bakery, etc.). You can also find pubs and snack bars there. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the S-Bahn is about 5 minutes' walk away. The journey to Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn takes 23 minutes; by car it is usually quicker. If you move in with 2 people, the rent increases by 150 € because of the additional costs (water, gas, electricity, waste disposal, etc.).
