Beautiful and furnished studio apartment near the centre. In this stylishly and modernly furnished studio apartment in Lucerne you can feel like home. The apartment offers on 25m2 a total of three sleeping places consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed. In the small kitchen corner you have the possibility to cook for yourself. Two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils are available. There is a shower, hair dryer, towels and toiletries in the private bathroom. On the ground floor, washing machines and dryers are available free of charge for tenants of our apartments. The final price already includes all ancillary costs and Wi-Fi is also available. Additional cleaning and laundry service can be requested for an extra charge. Parking spaces can also be rented for an additional fee. You live centrally on the Lucerne Allmend, yet many leisure and recreation facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Lucerne railway station, the old town and most of the sights are two kilometres away and can be reached by tr(hidden)us, on foot or by car in no time at all.
