Muy cerca de la zona Universitaria, a 10min de la Facultad de Veterinaria y a tan solo 15 minutos andando al centro de la ciudad. El precio incluye limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes, internet por cable, calefacción individual, luz y agua. Dispone de una gran cocina/comedor de 30m totalmente equipada, salón de 20m y un amplio baño de 9m. En la cocina tendrás a tu disposición un armario y una zona en la nevera solo para ti, para que puedas tener toda tu comida organizada. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
